The show starts with Oliver
having a good time with Thea to give him an inspiration he needs to win back
Laurel’s good graces. Looking into another mysterious murder case, he was
crossed with Peter Declan whom he believes to be innocent of the crime and was
only framed up by one of his target. In believe for true justice, as Arrow, he
asked for Laurel to help Declan and prove his innocence. On the other hand,
Walter ordered Felicity Smoak to look about the $2.6 million that Moira have
